Stop and Frisk

• Reasonable suspicion required (less than PC)
• Pat down of clothing permitted to feel for weapons
• Weapons = always admissible so long as stopping was reasonable
• If PO finds evidence of a crime, but not a weapon, the legal standard is how much like a weapon or contraband could it have seemed from the outside.
